Jagat Niwas Palace is an early 17th century ‘Haveli’ (Mansion), situated in the lake city of Rajasthan. It is a boutique hotel which clearly state ethnic Indian style of architecture to enlighten our country’s immense wealth and royalty. Rich, dark, vibrant colors and deep burnt shades against lighter backgrounds have been used in its interiors along with different Indian prominent patterns on upholsteries. Use of mirror thikri work on walls is adding the royal charm to the palace. Rooms and corridors are oriented with brass wares further enriching the palatial feel. Exotic wooden furniture, beautiful tudor and cusp arches along with the jharokhas are some of the notable details of palace which is significant of the Indian ethnic architecture.
