The house sits on a picturesque, site area of 29,981 sq. ft. with two-storey’s overlooking the lush and serene natural green all around.The key aim and design strategy is to encase the house with warm, rustic colors to give the house an essence of warmth.The house is a package of bedrooms, living room, dining room, bathrooms, kitchen, balconies and terrace, which forms a well knit combination of spaces encased in the green envelope.There is a proper segregation of formal and informal spaces with proper demarcation through either change in flooring material, furniture layout or elements treating and enhancing interiors.The key design factor of the house is to embed the rustic feel with use of natural stone, slant roof, clerestory which generates light and shadow at various times of the day.This welcoming building design is an evocative mix of stone,brick and wood which gives it an appeal of a country house.
