Neelkanth Heights are apartments promoted by ARG Builders group located in Civil Lines, Jaipur. The architectural vocabulary integrates the principles of European style. The building is conceptualised in a way that iconic columns are curled within itself like a scroll on both the sides. The building system is lintelled in which spaces are closed by straight lines. The colour scheme followed is monochromatic. Use of barrel vaults and domes with pediments is highly notable. Columns here are left unfluted, but the fascia of the entablature left plain. The decorative molding has been added to the base. The repetition of shape is clearly visible which maintaing the harmony in the building.
