NAHAR'S RESIDENCE

Nahar’s Residence of Mr. Manik Nahar, located in Udaipur is designed in modern theme. The colour scheme followed is beige colour in contrast with bold brown colour. Different stone claddings are the prominent feature in the facade. Clean and crisp horizontal and vertical geometric lines are used in the building. It incorporates glass windows on stone cladded walls and the asymmetrically balanced structure defines the design for the building.

Jaali, railings, panels, cobbles and wooden pergolas are some beautiful elements of the building accented with the stone brackets running along the roof edges. Large windows constructed provide plenty of natural light into a space.  All materials used subtly provide warmth and texture to a space without detracting from the overall feel. Landscape designed in front of the house is beautiful with the vision to nourish, keep healthy, help maintain positive mood of the inhabitant.
